The Bedrooms

Named after local beaches, Barford has six superking (three are zip&link - can be doubles or twins) superdeluxe bedrooms, all en suite.  Five of them have enormous floor to ceiling sliding glass doors out onto a wide balcony with fabulous views of the beautiful and ever changing sea.  The sixth room overlooks Wanson Mouth stream and has a superking bed and 2 full size bunk beds. Black Rock also has sleeping spaces for four people with two superking size beds (one on a high mezzanine).  All the rooms have been individually designed with quirky touches and magical details that should keep everyone happy.

400 threadcount Egyptian cotton linen - enormous bath sheet, hand towel, flannel, bathmats, swimming towel and bathrobes, Amphora AromaticsXTregulland collab complimentary shampoo, conditioner and handsoap in every bathroom plus 2000v hairdryer is provided in each bedroom.

 

This room is possibly the largest bedroom in Cornwall!  Enormous Master Bedroom suite with huge superkingsize bed, sitting area with its own woodburner, enormous, bespoke sliding glass windows out onto panoramic views of the magnificent Cornish coast, plus secret back balcony to get away from it all.  Galley kitchenette/cocktail bar with mini fridge, kettle and all you might need for morning tea or even whipping up some decadent sundowner cocktails. Impressive white marble ensuite bathroom, with stunning double walk in shower and William Holland bath (with its own porthole view of the sea). Separate loo and bidet.

This is an undeniably fabulous room for adults, while also doubling as children's wonderland: luxurous superking size or twin bed with another cabin-style SK bed on a mezzanine platform accessed by a tall metal ladder with its own porthole view of the sea (less than 1m head height, so great for slightly older children, who are confident climbers).  Full height sliding doors to balcony with expansive views, impressive industrial chic desk en suite shower with St. James rainfall head.

 

The epitome of the "Rough-luxe" aesthetic, this room has a bespoke scaffold four poster bed with sheer curtains for that extra touch of decadence, and a cosy ensuite shower room with magical sparkling mirror - would make anyone feel like they are in a fairytale. Room also has full height sliding doors onto the balcony and out over amazing sea views

 

The fairytale theme continues in this room with an Alice in Wonderland bathroom with magical mirrored lightshaft, hexagonal tiles, shower over the bath and separate door to another sumptuous superking size bedroom, full height sliding doors to balcony and beyond to its amazing seaviews.

 

Gorgeous seasidey room on the ground floor is flooded with light, both the bedrooom and bathroom have full height sliding doors onto the balcony with wonderful seaviews beyond. The most comfy superking size bed imaginable with a large elegant marbled ensuite bathroom with William Holland slipper bath and separate shower.

Our designer Marcus' favourite room, tucked away at the back of the house overlooking the stream, this room has a sumptuous super king size or twin beds and additional bespoke wooden full size bunk beds. Ensuite showeroom with St. James shower. King size bed can also be made up as twins to make a cool dorm room for children.
