Tregulland Cottage and Barn

For escaping, exploring, entertaining and dreaming
Welcome to a snapshot of Tregulland!
Opening at the end of August we hit the ground running with bookings coming in thick and fast, and a welcome listing in the Guardian Green List 2011. Tregulland has proved to be ideal for large family get togethers over Christmas and groups of old friends celebrating New Year. The indoor freshwater pool and the Granary cinema have been big hits come rain or shine and we have been more than impressed by the use of the dutch tub (pictured); in hail storms, 70mph winds and, of course, at midnight on New Year's Eve with a glass of bubbly! Many guests have indulged themselves with one of our in-house massages, so don't forget to let us know if there is anything else we can arrange to make your stay even more enjoyable, such as...

The Seafood Restaurant at Tregulland.

We are excited to announce that we have been working with Rick and Jill Stein's world famous Seafood Restaurant in Padstow to bring you a private dining experience with a difference. Led by their son Jack, guests can enjoy a six course tasting menu, exclusively designed to showcase the best seasonal produce and bring you a taste of The Seafood Restaurant here at Tregulland. This bespoke service is ideal for special celebrations and is the perfect addition to any stay. Sample menus are available on request.

Nature at Tregulland

There is plenty going on; Murmurations of Starlings, an awesome spectacle and sound (reminiscent of the sea), often fly directly overhead on the way to their roost at Davidstow. Here is some footage shot nearby. Owls have been spotted a few times, even a pair at dusk 'flirting' around our standing stones! Just recently Bonny watched a kestrel hovering on the barn lawn... perfectly still in gale force winds. With food more scarce, otters come further upstream to hunt, and are regular visitors to the banks of Tregulland's stream. Naturally nocturnal creatures, they are rarely spotted but see if you can find evidence of their visits...

Review in Director Magazine

We had a lovely review in Director Magazine this month and are keen to see more company bookings. It's a great place to reward your team with a break. Whether for work colleagues, family or friends, we can arrange activities such as yomping on the Moor, coasteering, surfing (Surf image thanks to VisitCornwall) and cookery school.

Special Offers

We are offering 30% off half term week i.e. bookings between 10th and 21st February 2012.

We are offering a 10% discount on all bookings made before 1st March for holidays taken before 20th July 2012.

Finally, we are not sure how many people this will reach as our database is still growing so please do send this on to friends, family and colleagues you think may be interested. Alternatively they can download a copy of our brochure here.

We look forward to seeing you here soon!
