Cornwall has rightfully earned its reputation as a foodie’s delight in part thanks to the fantastic fish brought in to nearby fishing villages like Port Isaac and Looe. Fernpit Café – Riverside Crescent (10 mins walk)

Opening times: May-September 10am–6pm. Great little seasonally open café serving simple snacks, drinks, ice creams and glorious fresh lobster! Telephone 01637 873181

Lewinnicks Lodge - Riverside Crescent (15 mins walk)

Rick Stein’s Seafood Restaurant - Padstow (32 mins drive)

Open 12 - 2.30pm and 6.30 - 10pm every day except Christmas Day. Some might say a trip to Cornwall is incomplete without a wander over to Rick Stein's, whether his infamously hard-to-reserve main restaurant, or the Brasserie and the fish&chip shop, which are much easier for drop-in visits.
