We're currently offering the below special offers:

- We can sometimes hold dates for you if needed; please email us to do this.
- Our online system will not accept bookings made less than two weeks before check-in, however we welcome last minute enquiries! Please email us to check availability.
- A 30% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking to secure your date, with the balance due 3 months before your check-in date, and a cautionary refundable damages deposit no later than 2 weeks before your check-in date.

- Extra beds with towels and robes are available at Tregulland, Barford and Pentire for a fee of £110 for short breaks and £175 for long breaks at Tregulland and Pentire, and £150 for short breaks and £225 for long breaks at Barford.
- We have a limited number of baby cots avialable, which are complementary.
- For extra day guests for weddings and events at Tregulland, we add an additional charge of £20 per person.
- Dogs are welcome at Tregulland (max 2 per house - 4 in total) and Barford (max 2) for an additional charge of £75/dog. Dogs are not recommended at Pentire, but we do sometimes make exceptions - please email us with details. Sorry, but dogs are not allowed at Blackbird.
